The original scope of the project consisted of renovation & remodeling the existing building, during the course of demolishing the client decided to construct a new 4 story building (2900 m²). Sazeh Consultants was assigned to design & construct the building on a fast track basis. The project consists of the following main components:   

• Sales counters, sales waiting hall, security & mechanical room on the ground floor (838 m²) 
• Administration offices and passport office on first floor (727 m²) 
• Administration offices on second floor (600 m²)
• Administration offices on third floor (580 m²)
• Air handling & elevator room on fourth floor (97 m²)
